They came and did the overall review. The man wasn't very cordial. Told them they would need to come before or after the holiday. Did not hear back from them before the holiday. Reached out to them on December 31st, told them a date (Friday). Have not heard back. Lack of communication, lack of follow up and lack of customer service.

We do not remember Ms. Nicole. We are all very cordial individuals and try our very best to treat every one like we want to be treated. We were not working on the 31st of December, we were off for the Holiday. If we missed Ms. Nicole we apologize, but I do not remember meeting this young lady and my sales guys do not either. We think this is a bogus review....
