Lance was knowledgeable and professional. Work was done on the roof in a timely manner. The only reason I didn't give a 5 rating is because they didn't do the second part of the job which was included in the quote. He did lower the bill to account for this but now the second part will have to be done at a later time and billed separately.

We initially made contact on 4/12/25. He came out and inspected my roof. He said he would have to come back and tarp the roof because it had a hole on the room and part of the flat room had been damaged and we were supposed to have rain in a couple of days. Allen made contact through email and text and both times said he would be out here with the result of no contact immediately the day afterwards. This happened twice. He has yet to make contact and has missed 2 opportunities where there was 3 days of no rain in each situation. I figured he would make an effort to fix/repair the roof since we were in a dire situation. Instead, we have had 2 periods with rain with no consideration or an attempt to assist in this situation. Since he has not made an effort to collect the 1/2 the money down on the project, should I consider this neglect a sign that the work, even though we have signed a contract, he has abandoned the project? I need to have this roof fixed.

He left me his card, because he does other projects besides roof repair.

So far the patching that has been done hasn’t shown any leaks from the ceiling. They worked wonderfully with my busy schedule. No BS with this contractor they are very reliable.

Responded quickly with quote and got the repair done the next day Sent pics of the roof shingle repair and it appears to be done correctly

The roof repair was solid. A thunderstorm followed the repair and there is no longer water leaking in my bedroom.

I was shocked on how accommodatable John was in fixing my problem. I never expected this process to be resolved this easy.

Allan Construction gave me great price and showed up on time. They had flexible payment options and took the time to explain the actual issue that needed repaired.

Very experienced warrantied labor. Brought all the people, materials and equipment with them. So self sufficient they brought their own power plant. Cleaned up with the trailer hauler they brought for the tear off. Glad they introduced me to current materials and practices, what I knew was out of date. Owner and foreman assembled a very functional crew. Now the roof is one less worry.
