Once paid for work he stops returning my phone calls: {Some Equipment installed showed a defect AFTER he left with check in hand}. Before installation my phone calls were returned AOK. Show I stop payment on his check we wrote to him? He left no paper work with us, nothing to show a trail. Must we file a stop payment in order to get him to reply and fix the problem he left us with? {cell phone problem was found and he did call back} Update More info on our problems: 1. No sound on occasion, thus not repeatable. 2. One headphone is worse than the other. 3. One day only, TV and both headphones had no sound for several minutes! Cable provider the problem? If so, how to prove it? 4. Headphone docking stations seem to be part of our problem. To get started, it took 20 Days to charge the headphones, not 20 hours as your manual says!! 5. Use the headphones for a few evenings and then our headphones start dropping sound/words every few words:{Charge them for several days with no usage and we start this dropping cycle over again! 6. Strong {National} channels seem to work best, that is no dropouts, over than streaming channels. And to top this off, and All Wired UP and that bought and installed every thing will not fix our problem because it is not repeatable. What are customers to do with poor products and service?

This company came when they said they would, kept me informed on the project. Saved me money and worked very fast. They were at my house, under the house and even on the roof. When they left you could not tell they had even been there everything was returned to is an original place and no tracking on my ecru carpets. The Tech Brian knows his stuff. This occurred after the local snowstorm and they were able to fit me in since I needed a landline working due to my job. I recommend them highly. Great job! reasonable price
