Great at the installation part (still consistently late) but after that neigh onto useless. YoU MuST call two different numbers (one Heating & Air, other Plumbing) to get your twice annual "service" visits (took nearly 1.5 years to discover that there are two different numbers to call). Plumbing (once I called the right number) showed up to their appointment on time. FoRGgeT the Heating & Air side of the business! Consistently never shows to their appointments and you must call 1 to 2 more times before they finally will show. Wanna file a BBB complaint? They won't reply. Ask for one of the owner to call and talk to you....???? They wont bother with that either. I feel that I got great service for the installation portion, but dO NoT depend on them (at Least Heating & Air) side to honor their ten year commitment to service your equipment. Dealing with them has been a major pain.... so I would not recommend depend on lasting customer appreciation of them after installation.

they came out same day to diagnose my water heater. My home warranty Select Home Warranty's company, At Home Services, cancelled 1 hr before appointment. Tech Brent said it failed and needs replaced. Called Select, he spoke with them, sent pics. Next day they denied claim, continued to deny on false information they put into claim. Brent checked in with me several times and with the 4th denial he came out and replaced it. Very professional and friendly. Made sure was up to code (was 13 years old) and working good when he left. Definitely would hire again!!!

Best of all, Brent responded immediately to an unrelated plumbing issue at no charge. I will be sure to call them whenever i need HVAC work - and will recommend them to friends and family.

Great experience at the beginning. Got the call back offered to look at things and set up appointment. Frustrations came when we had a 9-10 am appointment and by 11am I was getting my first call explaining that it would be another hour. Turned out to be 2 hours late around 1pm things got going. Great job, honest explanations, completed the job, but at the end left a layer of dust in two rooms because their vacuum blew dust everywhere instead of sticking up the mess. Super kind in willingness to come back the next day if my appliance couldn't be hooked up by the delivery guys.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
