Hugo and team just finished a job for us. Waterproofed about 1600 sq ft. Outstanding work. Very knowledgeable and skilled. His team were professional, courteous and cleaned up every night before they left. The only reason I am giving a 4.5 instead of a 5 is due to some response times for questions asked via email or messages. To be fair, this was in the middle of the rainy season and I know they were very busy. Overall, a very fine job.

excellent! had a difficult situation from bad concrete repair (Brown Concrete, forsyth county, GA. water coming into home from not leveling properly and woud not fix. All-Pro put in french drain, and routed water off back of property to natural location. Very knowledgeable and skilled.

Hugo was prompt and professional in coming out and giving us an estimate and an overview of what he was going to do. We were not sure if our problems were due to a leaky shower or if it was due to a foundation problem. Nevertheless we chose All-Pro Waterproofing to ensure we covered all our bases. It would have been good if we had an overview of what problems were or were not found once the project was completed. The crew who came to the house did an exemplary job of cleaning up and took care not to disturb the plants around the work area.

Hugo and Hugo, Jr (crew) were very prompt, polite and professional in addresses the moisture issue in my basement. Hugo was thorough and took his time explaining my options and his recommendation. I especially appreciated the diagram/illustration of the project and proposal which included other options. I highly recommend his services.

Bravo for a job well done! Hugo and his men went above and beyond the call of service repairing water leak issues at my mother's home. The repair was completed on time and for the estimated price. There were a few extra water leak issues my mom found on the other side of her home, so she mentioned these while they were performing the work already discussed. The extra work was also performed the same day at a very reasonable price. Cleanup after the job was very good, which was important to us. This company is diligent, trustworthy and honest, and pricing is in line with what should be charged. We had an extremely positive experience with All-Pro Waterproofing and are very happy with the results. Lots of rain the week after the repair, and no leaks!
