Terrence Rainey responded to our request for installation of a new lock on one of our doors. Mr. Rainey came out the same day to install the new lock and we are very pleased with his excellent and timely work. Mr. Rainey was a pleasure to do business with, his congenial personality is an added plus to his skill as a locksmith.

Mr. Rainey was the first to respond to my email and he came out the same day to replace the broken locking door lever on the bathroom door. He was friendly and efficient and made sure that I was able to "pick" the lock from the other side in case my child locked herself in the bathroom. He also said he prefers to repair rather than replace whenever possible, which I really like. Very satisfied.

He changed our front door locks; it took him about two hours to complete the task. He did not charge for the copies of the keys to compensate because he was very late. Overall he was good, we just wished he would have called us earlier to let us know he would be late because what should have been a two-hour project turned into a four- hour project, ruining our moving plans for that day.

Within minutes of placing information on this website, I received a phone call from Terrance. He came out within a couple hours of hanging up the phone call. He broke down the estimate to show how he came up with the price and when he was finished with the project the price was what was estimated. Terrance was very nice and professional. When we need other items taken care of at the hotel, I will be calling All Phase Lock and Key and requesting Terrance again.
