The movers put a hole in our ceiling and dented our wall in several places. The company is offering us a total of $150 to fix this damage. We have a brand new house with a hole in the ceiling. The movers kept complaining that the move they did before us was 5 floors, and then proceeded to try to leave all of our boxes on our first floor. Perhaps you should not schedule two moves in one day that have multiple floors. There were lots of hidden fees after I was quoted $159 an hour. Nobody clarified that we would have additional charges. I will never recommend this company.
