Chris and his crew did a great job taking care of my things. There were a few scrapes on the hardwood floors but I suppose that is to be expected with moving. That said - I was quite shocked at the overall end cost. 5 hours worth of work resulting in over $2000 is appalling. They sell you for $150 an hour and somehow with only my furniture needing wrapping, it resulted in an extra $950 in materials. If you are going to have them move for you I HIGHLY recommend you wrap every single piece of your furniture and box all your things to avoid surprises like this. That cost was NOT upfront. They also hold your items hostage on the truck and you must review and pay before they deliver. Updating this after the fact now that I have received a breakdown of cost.
