They are a good company, they do what they say they were going to do. They did an excellent job and addressed any issues brought to their attention. They stick to their work and I believe they are fair on their price.
They were professional and they do good work. They did everything in a timely manner in the timeframe they said they would.
Friendly, easy going, gave a fair price for what they did. I would definitely recommend their services.
I hired this company back in October to paint my interior and exterior, they promised to be done with the job before December, they started working on the house in mid November, it took them till January to finish the outside of the house!! Ferlando H. the owner verbally said he will bring 4 people to do the job and only two show up, they did very poor quality job when they started the inside paint, he keep demanding more money to buy supplies and pay the guys which is not true, they took till March and they didnâ t even finish the first floor of my house, he up asked for more money and this was not as we agreed in the contract, I refused to give him any more money until he finish the job as we agreed in the contract but he refused to continue the job, I paid him in full to do other job in the house, I asked him to refund my money but he refused and left everything in a big mess and damaged my house and floors plus he took all the paint I paid for. People please be aware of this bad company they will take your money!!
First, the contract clearly states that if the weather permits All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC would begin the job. Khaled S. was also made aware that there were other clients ahead of him. In October, there were a lot of rainy days, which pushed the starting date further back. With there being rainy days and in the winter months, this also meant it was cold and the workers were not able to work. The company stayed in constant contact with Khaled S. advising him on the weather conditions. All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC started working Khaled S. home in November. However, there was more bad weather and also less hours to work. Note: Khaled S. did not want All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC to proceed with the interior of his home until the exterior was completed. There were addendum added in the contract, 1. Install three toilets, 2. Install six outside lights, and 3. One ceiling fan. Upon installing those items, the company had to uninstall what already existed. Not in the contract, Khaled S. wanted All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC to do additional jobs such as, installing eight lights, three vanities; one in the master bathroom and two in the other bathrooms. All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC not only installed the items, but also had to uninstall the existing items. This too, prolonged the contract. All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC also installed three toilets, five vanity lights, and four sink faucets. Uninstalled the existing items. All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC assembled all the lights and were paid only to install them. All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC only requested money for items that were not in the contract. Those additions included, 1. Two junction boxes, 2, replaced hinges on the kitchen cabinets, etc?. The job required mudding and sanding, which would bring about dust inside the home. These procedures are unavoidable. All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC did clean as they worked. It was not in the contract or ever stated how many workers would work on the clients home. Due to the pandemic, All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC would limit only what was necessary inside and around the home. All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC proceeded to work during the pandemic. Quality work was based on the contract and above the contract. Khaled S. stated in the complaint, he was not pleased with the workmanship of All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC, but yet he deliberately went to the workers and attempted to coerce them into working for him and he would pay them instead of paying All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC, which was against the contract. The contracting price was not given. However, large discounts were given. Items such as the vanity, lights and toilet installations. Paint was included in the contract price. However, Khaled S. did not buy the paint. When leaving a job, if the client has not purchased the paint, All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC will leave sample amounts for the sample code, so that in the future, the client may need to match the color and they will have the sample codes. All Inclusive Property & Restoration did not take any money from the client. The only monies that was given was agreed upon and signed based on the contract. According to the contract, Khaled S. left a balance owed to All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC. Regarding the pictures that Khaled S. showed, they are false. 1. The thermostat shown in the picture was like that before All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC started the job. The wire that was showing pulled out from the wall was already there. Khaled S. evidently moved or disconnected something making it seem that All Inclusive Property & Restoration, LLC had done it and blamed the company for it. All Inclusive Property & Resto
OK job.
They did a good job, Ferlando did a good job supervising his crew and getting them to work. As for the cost for what they were doing, they were very reasonable for the cost of the work.
the painters were great when they first arrived... but as the days wore on, they were anxious to leave. Therefore, the quality of their work deteriorated....sloppy overspray, when spray washing, the chemicals used burnt alot of my vegetation. When repairiing my deck did a very poor job. Did not clean up everything because they were in a rush to move on to the next job. Fernando was very attentive when trying to get the job...but didnit have much use for you when he visisted the job site. In other words, his sales warmth disappeared until it was time to pay. I have asked repeatedly for the kind and color of paint used on my trim but have yet to get an answer. This has been going on for three months. Unacceptable.
Disappointed with attention to detail and follow up.
