I live in Murfreesboro, it's the last week of June and my A/C stopped blowing cold around 10:30 pm on a Thursday night. So I Googled up I called several A/C repair businesses for a quote and/or to get a service call scheduled. A gentleman named Micheal from All Good Heat and Air called back within an hour and squeezed in a slot for 10 am the next day, Friday. The others called back between 7 am and 8 am Friday morning. He arrived 30 minutes early, recognized the issue immediately and replaced a bad capacitor. He was here for about 35 minutes total and the A/C was back to blowing snowballs. Overall, very polite, very professional, got the job fixed quickly, and was the first to call back. Highly recommend.

I do not typically write reviews, but this was an unusually positive experience. I'm happy to report that Michael was excellent and exactly the kind of skilled person you hope you will find online. His communication was detailed and respectful. He sat down and explained things, wrote complete work orders, and made sure that I understood everything without any pressure. He identified our problems without delay, and his team was back within days to get the job done as scheduled. Michael's pricing was certainly fair. And when an additional repair need arose during the job, he charged cost for the part and did not try to gouge additional labor. Michael is also a very nice, personable man. The job was done well, and we are breathing easier - no fuss, no annoyances, just a professional job. So I highly recommend Michael and his team if you are looking for a skilled, reliable, and friendly HVAC contractor who gets the job done without highway robbery tactics.

Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was a true professional and tackled a full HVAC replacement in our 1925 built home with great problem solving and communication.
