I was perfectly happy with the job done by Mr. Ramirez and his employee. As was the case in this instance, I try to only hire tradesmen who actually do the job rather than go through a middle man who may do nothing but go out and give an estimate and then take a substantial amount of the money. Mr. Ramirez gave me the price, charged what he said he would, and did the job himself very well. All just fine.
