Review for All County Irrigation I had a very disappointing experience with All County Irrigation. Last November, they installed a sprinkler system on my property. Despite it being the fall season, they assured me that everything would be fine. However, when we turned on the sprinklers in April, the poor installation caused significant water damage to our basement. The owner came to evaluate the damage but never followed up. My husband called again, and the owner suggested we contact our insurance. Now, our newly renovated basement is ruined, with broken doors and extensive water damage, and no one from All County Irrigation is responding to our calls. I would not recommend their services due to their poor workmanship and lack of customer support.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely regret the issues you've experienced and hope the following information provides some clarity regarding the situation. The spring activation for your system was performed on April 9, 2024 nearly 2 weeks before your complaint that we received about April 26, 2024. As per our standard procedure, when damage occurs to a customer's home, we must be contacted immediately. Our insurance company would then be notified and they would send an adjuster as soon as possible. Unfortunately, these procedures were not followed in this instance. In follow-up to your concerns, we sent our service manager to evaluate the situation on April 26, 2024. After careful consideration, we could not conclusively determine that the proposed interior damage was caused my a single exterior mist head. Furthermore, we requested photos on July 22, 2024 but did not receive them. We followed up with another email on August 2, 2024, but again, no photos were provided. Our customer service team followed the appropriate procedures by reaching out twice for the required documentation. To date, we have not received the necessary photos for the insurance company to verify damage. These items are crucial for us to consider any compensation request. Should you be able to provide the requested documentation, we would be willing to revisit your case. Thank you for understanding. Best regards. Their quote was very competitive. They came on schedule. I ask them to move a sprinkler and they back within two days to relocate the sprinkler head. They also arrived on the scheduled day to winterize my system. Always pleasant on the phone.

Took a long time to get a call back, but once things got rolling, Jimmy came out, pleasantly explained everything, made intelligent suggestions, and answered all of my questions. He wrote up a full proposal quote on site for a reasonable price. I read the reviews, then the contract thoroughly. I called to ask about adding one sentence to the contract and Jim agreed. 10 days later I sent in the contract with a third deposit. Date was set. Human error happens, and the flagging did not get done on time. I was impressed that the owner, Perry Russo, stepped in to postpone job a week and rectified the flagging issue. Day of install most went well. My front stoop was so well built, workers were not able to get under as originally planned. I allowed their mason expert to take apart enough to get a hose across it. Some stone did break. Ah well. Stoop needed re-pointing anyway and will be fixed by my original contractor for a reasonable sum with leftover stone. The foreman completely eliminated any concern of back yard manifold locations by going to each side, and ran hoses around area where I have an in-ground pool planned. I could not be happier. Clean up was thorough. Foreman explained timer, all done in a day as promised. A few issues soon became apparent, but despite paying the balance on install day, response was prompt to relocate the rain sensor and adjust a few heads. All County Irrigation is truly professional with deep experience leaders and well run crews. Thank you Angi, this company deserves to be on your list!

For more than a year now, they've put off fixing issues. THey follow up, send guys out, but there's always an excuse. I paid the full amount the first time, and still have not yet seen my system work as promised. For a full season, this happened. Then, the season ended and they said it was pointless to try to fix it and wait until the spring. When spring came, i said I needed all zones working as promised. Only one guy showed up that day and wouldn't you know it, my back flow pump was problematic (they didn't know that it was brand new and had been installed literally a couple months before they were hired) and that they couldn't get the job done. So now, after more than a year, I still do not have my sprinkler system set up even though they were paid in full.
