Louie was responsive and on-time to give me a free estimate. He properly diagnosed the problem to be much smaller (i.e. cheaper and less disruptive) than I anticipated. His was thorough, professional, and didn't cut corners. He explained everything to me and was very good about cleaning up. The project turned out perfectly for me.

Louie was able to come out promptly and replace the faucet. He also cleaned out all the drains. Louie did an excellent job and I would recommend him. There were no issues with cleanup or workmanship. The price quoted for drain cleaning was not clear to me, so I did spend about $100 more than I expected. (e.g., Snaking the outside cleanout for the laundry sink was a separate charge from snaking the laundry sink from inside, which to me seemed like one drain, but on the other hand it's clearly more work so I give the benefit of the doubt. I don't know if there is an industry standard way to price this.)
