Mike was great. He contacted me right away and had initially scheduled me for the next day as I submitted my request around 5 and I didn’t have any pressing errands till the morning. So being trapped in my garage was a homeowner risk using a mechanical garage door. But to my pleasant surprise Mike called me back asked for a picture of the springs and gave me the good news that he had the springs on the truck and could fix tonight. God send and no extra charges for after hours service. He was here in 1/2 hour got to work and had me untrapped in 30minutes. He replaced both springs, lubed the channels and rollers, adjusted the spring tension, did some maintenance on my Liftmaster and I was good to go. My door now works better and quieter than it ever has. Plus he told me he would be back before the snows to lube minimizing any issues as a courtesy. Well done ALL CITY OVERHEAD DOORS

Our Spring broke with the car inside the garage so we reached out looking for someone to come out and repair it quickly. Mike called right away Thursday night saying he would be in the Longmont area Friday morning and would be at our house by 9-9:30. He called at 8:30 saying he had an à ¢à  à  emergencyà ¢à  à  and could be here until afternoon. When asked what time, after a long pause, he finally said heà ¢à  à  d be here around 1! At 2:00 I tried to find out if he was still coming and could not reach him. Finally, at 2:3à ¢à  à  , I had to leave for another appointment and texted him to not bothering coming and called another repair person!! DO KOG USE THIS COMPANY!! This repair person didnà ¢à  à  t even had the decency to contact me again that he was running late or anything!! THE WORST!

You know what I text this person and she never responded back to even try to reschedule an appointment with me I told her I would call her and let her know when I was on my way she even said that but like a lot of these women do can't please them all.
