This is the second time I hired Bob, and the first time for plumbing. I needed to have a leaky kitchen sink repaired, have two interior faucets replaced in the master bath (functional but old ones were unattractive and worn), and have the broken knob replaced on an exterior spigot. He completed all three projects to perfection, and found an improperly instal on the leaky kitchen sink that has been causing me problems daily. Home Advisor recommended Bob after I did not hear back from two other recommended pros I contacted on my own. I needed to have all the screens replaced on my windows and patio, which is the project I initially hired Bob for. However, on our phone consult, I explained the numerous other small projects that I needed help with, and he took on all of them. The other projects were to install two chandeliers and a ceiling fan, and to repair where my aluminum patio's nails had rusted and it was no longer properly attached to the foundation. I also have a sliding door that hasn't been properly functional since we bought the house a year ago, and though it wasn't something I had discussed with him over the phone, he saw the need I had to repair it and I gladly accepted his offer! Bob did the patio screen install the day he came for the quote, as he keeps the materials on his truck. He took the window screens with him and even replaced the sun-damaged corners. It all looks amazing! The next visit he completed the remaining repairs, and I truly could not be happier! Bob is friendly, honest and very fairly priced, and I highly recommend him for handyman services!
