I had a really great experience with All American Irrigation Systems. My first interaction was with Chris, who provided me with a free estimate. Chris was very knowledgeable in the business. He explained what he thought was best for my lawn in a way I could understand. He was professional and courteous. I did a lot of research and All American stood out from the rest so I opted for them. The final “walk-thru” was with Michael. Michael was super pleasant and very patient in explaining the system to an old lady. 😄 I cannot compliment him enough for his professionalism and knowledge. We had a very pleasant interaction. I am sure he is a great asset to his employer. I would also like to commend Ashlyn, with whom I had several conversations. She is super nice and courteous. If you are on the fence, choose All American Irrigation Systems. You won’t regret it!!!

Last year two of my zones had stopped working and the soaker system in my back yard flower beds had not worked even longer than that. Dustin came out and within an hour had diagnosed all issues, discussed them with and had all repairs done and the system up and running like new!! Just recommended them to a neighbor and hope they call them as well. Very pleased with this company, their technician, and the outcome that benefits me immensely.

All American Irrigation Systems, sprinkler system in my yard (1/2 acre) a little more than a year ago. The installation went well, but service after the installation is horrible. I have had 3 significant leaks with the system from broken pipes and valve issues. The first two times the company wanted to delay the repair for several weeks, but I was able to get the repair expedited. With the third issue, the repair is delayed for a month. As a note, when my second leak was repaired the technician informed me that the pipe that cracked was a known problem, but the company has continued to install them. In addition, although. All American Irrigation Systems advertises solid warranty with system installs, the company continues to push back on my system leaks saying that they may not be covered by warranty. Lastly, these leaks have cost me significantly in high water bills, but All American Irrigation Systems do not seem to care, given how much they push me off when I report the issues. I would strongly recommend staying away from All American Irrigation Systems.

We had a terrible leak on the main line of our sprinkler system. We had someone who tried fixing it several times and failed. They were able to squeeze me in the same day I called and Edgar came to diagnose the problem, had it repaired the same day and it s no longer leaking. He was so professional, kind and courteous, I would highly recommend them!

I've had 2 house's built and a in ground pool installed, my point is I've dealt with a lot of contractors and AAIS is by far the best company I've worked with. I would highly recommend them.
