I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. After having some unhealthy experiences with "big name" companies, I found All American by looking at online reviews and what other people had to say. I want to share my experience now in case others are doing the same. My husband and I knew that something was drastically wrong with our HVAC system, and early on a Saturday morning, with out of town guests on the way, we discovered a non-working system and a wet ceiling in our second floor laundry. Not only did someone pick up the phone early on a Saturday morning, they sent someone out within a few hours, a consultant later that day, and on the following Wednesday our new system was installed. The installation crew was on time, super courteous, and had a very extensive job completed and running by 2:30 p.m. They helped us out with financing and were able to give us several options, without trying to push us into something specific. The responsiveness to questions, phone calls, texts, on site questions has been PHENOMENAL! I will be sticking with this company!!!

This company is very responsive, competitively priced and knowledgeable. I had them out for a 2nd opinion. The original sales person was prompt, knowledgeable and a person of his word. Before attempting to sell me a system, he set up a service call for a technician to confirm I needed to replace the existing system.

On time and on quote.

Russ did a great job replacing a corroded faucet. Even cleaned out the drain. Very quick, friendly, and professional.

Just got an AC cleaning, hadn't done that before. Price seemed in line with other quotes. They were very quick to call with a response to my quote and humored my questions during the service call.

They arrived on time. Had to purchase a part. Did not return when promised and had to wait two extra hours before they returned to complete the job. Job was completed satisfactorily.

Great quick and priced right

Vents were very dirty and they cleaned them well... only problem they left off vent cover in bathroom but I put it back (in ceiling - hard to reach)... no problem. Otherwise, were very thorough and we have clean air now... after vacuuming all dust and debris that came out of vents...

Work was done Very Professional.After job done they said there were 5 ducts(vents) they couldn't clean because of size vs their equipment. Should have been mentioned proior to job and during. I paid for all vents to be cleaning and all were not. Also when I chose to pay by credit card they then mentioned there would be a 4% surcharge. Actually their work invoice said in smalll print 2%. The tech said it had changed. I paid by CHECK! I have also with the same work order retained them for year round service on Heat/AC The Techs Josh and Melvin were great.

Showed up on time, explained what was wrong, and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. Heat pump is working very well.
