Working with All American Craftsmen has been the absolute best experience since the start. From the office staff, the quote process, the communication, install, and completion I have been happy the entire time. The team listened to the needs of my family and helped us accomplish a new deck within our budget and it turned out beautiful. They went above and beyond to make sure all the finishing details were perfect, including details I was not expecting. The onsite team was always friendly and left the work area clean and safe. All American was very quick to quote the repair and schedule the work. Their Team is very knowledgeable and the quality of their work is excellent. We called-in AAC&C after water was seen leaking from the ceiling of the vanity alcove in our master bedroom. Their representative responded promptly, performed a thorough, informative, and sensitive assessment of the situation including an estimate of the probable cost of a detailed plan to address the problem. Work began shortly after we accepted the proposal. Their first act was to hang a transparent, zippered curtain across the space that separated the alcove from the rest of the bedroom in order to protect the sleeping area from the dust and debris that would result from cutting-out sections of dry wall and ceiling from the corner where the leak appeared in order to properly locate its source. This visual access to the interior structure provided evidence that a specific section of the roof was compromised. Repairs there began immediately and were soon completed. After the accessway made from the alcove was closed with new drywall, its ceiling and walls were repainted, as were the ceiling and walls of the bedroom proper in order to assure continuity of appearance throughout the conjoined areas. The men who performed and oversaw all aspects of the project were very competent, personable, willing to listen to our concerns, and determined to manage the process with our best interest at heart. At this writing, several weeks have elapsed since the job was finished and no leaking has recurred despite several strong rainstorms. Overall, I consider that this firm performed substantially above average.

This company really listens, Attention to details were A-one. The quality of work that I had done was professionally handled by people who cared. Everyone is down to earth. Very, very hard workers! I highly recommend them as I will be using them again myself!
