Octavio did a marvelous job on repairing and refreshing the tiles and grout on our spa ... showed up on time, did great work, cleaned up after and was pleasant professional throughout. I highly recommend Octavio.

He cancelled the appt half an hour before he was due to arrive. We re scheduled for the same time 3 days later and he showed up almost 2 hours late. He tried to charge me $100 more than we had agreed to and then hi machine to clean the grout didnâ t clean the grout. I asked him to scrub and he refused, saying he didnâ t have a scrubbing brush with him, but after a long conversation where he could plainly see the grout was still black, he finally miraculously found a scrubbing brush and did a not too bad job. Certainly wasnâ t what I expected, but not a total write-off. I would NEVER hire him again nor recommend him to anyone else! Very disappointed.

I was unsure using Home advisor but the responses were great. I chose Alico due to our face to face and the way he responded back to my questions and warrenty. He is spot on.

Responded quickly and came to quote. Offered suggestions for finishing edges (using stainless steel tile). Worked quickly and cleaned up the area when finished. Would definitely hire Octavio again.

I couldnâ t overstate the great job Octavio from Alico Tile and Marble did on installing my ceramic floor tile. From our first meeting It was very evident what a personable guy he was. He gave me a great price (I had other estimates) and went through explaining the process from removing carpet to the finished laying of the tile, explaining the cost of each step. He was on time every day and was very neat. I ran into a major problem when 4 boxes of tile delivered by Fed Ex showed up broken. Fed Ex then lost my tile (twice) which pushed completion of the project back a month. Octavio called me often to check if the replacement tile had arrived and assured me not to worry, he would be back to finish up the job. The tile arrived and the next day he was at my place. The floor looks beautiful and I have had many compliments on the job. I would highly recommend Alico Tile and Octavio for any tile job. So glad I picked Octavio for this job

Octavia was a total perfectionist! Did such a beautiful job retiling our shower & bathroom floor. We cannot believe how perfect & beautiful the master bathroom looks now. Would definitely use him again. Only wished we'd found him sooner.ð
