Alex Moving

Alex Moving Company is a rare example of people who deliver on their promises. They came recommended by a company that handled our estate sale (they delivered purchases and also cleared the house after the estate sale). We used their services during our last three moves (sold our house, moved furniture to storage, rented a house while the new one was being built, and finally moved to a new house. So, many trips to storage and back and between houses. Oh, also bought some furniture later and had Alex &Co. deliver it). Our experience has been outstanding. When they said they would come at 9am they were there at 9 am (once they came 7 minutes late but called to apologize that there was a traffic delay). They wrapped our furniture and disassembled what needed to be taken apart. They assembled beds upon delivery. They came prepared with all needed tools, Dollieâ s, blankets, etc. needed for the moved. They moved a very heavy baby grand piano with care. They figured out a way to move a very large and heavy hospital bed through a narrow door which seemed impossible initially. They were careful not to damage the walls, windows, moldings etc. They worked hard, took only minimal breaks and definitely knew what they were doing. We didnâ t have to supervise the movers - by our last move we just gave them the keys to the storage unit and they handled the rest. Truly a white-glove service. There were no surprises - we discussed the rate in advance (by the hour, depending on the number of people and the size of the truck needed) and the price was firm despite the complexity of the task. Also, they share a positive attitude and good spirit. If I have to move again, I am not worried knowing that Alex & Co. would take care of all the details.
