did not charge for the consultation, but offered to review the whole plumbing system. found a leak that was starting to corrode the mainline, was repaired within the hour including maintenance routing.

He arrived in a timely fashion, and he was apologetic about not having covers for his shoes. He brought in his machines that show you what is in the drain. He also put the toilet back so that it does not rock. We were very pleased with his work. He made a suggestion for additional work. I would definitely call these guys first. We have not always had a good experience. This was a good one.

Alex responded quickly to my phone call and was able to come to the house in less than an hour. I had a toilet with a leaky fill valve and loose handle. He was prompt, professional and upfront about his fees. Found out there was another problem that he fixed and was willing to negotiate the fee on that repair. Plumbers are not inexpensive. His rates are equivalent to most.

The contractor is top notch. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all my detailed questions. He was able to give an estimate for the replacement of a couple of faucets and a wash of our whole house tankless water heater on the spot. I very much valued his advice to save money, setting him apart from the other contractors whom I took bids. I highly recommend his services for plumbing work. I will be using him for several more plumbing projects.

Our shower drain was clogged. I reached out via Angie's and SKMD was the first to respond. Alex gave me an approximate time of arrival and showed up shortly after. He cleared the clogged drain which BTW was something that two previous plumbers had been unable to do. At first, I was somewhat bothered by the $150 service charge - since it is on par with what most licensed plumbers charge to unclog a shower drain. However, we did get a one (1) month service warranty and the job was done properly.

One thing I would like to be known to the masses is that brother Alex is a value added to the Professional World of Plumbing. He showed up at the time given and made sure he had all the tools needed I Will call brother Alex anytime needed in the future. Thanks again for your help, Alex
