The job was done on time and had to deal with a sub-contractor for some of the work the sub-contractor was slow but Jason and the Alden Team addressed the issue and immediately took care of it.

Did a great job at a fair price. Greg was fantastic to work with.

Friendly, informative Project Manager who answered questions and communicated clearly about the plans. Roofing workers were pleasant, efficient, and diligent about cleaning up.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any contractor. 2 1/2 months after I hired them, the job is STILL not complete and I can't get answers as to when it will be. Between miscommunications, no communication, and being put off week after week even after asking when services are going to be done, I still don't have a clue. The first subcontractors who did the roof not only did a lousy job that had to be completely redone, but they stole materials, including all the underlay that was paid for by me/my insurance co. Alden did make good on that and completed the roof. Weeks later the siding was replaced (old materials left in my yard for nearly 2 weeks already.) I cannot get answers as to when the gutters and screens will be done. The gutter contractor doesn't want to come down from Austin for this small job unless they have other jobs at the same time. I don't understand taking out of town jobs if the contractors aren't there to complete them. Had I known all of this in advance I'd have never hired them and am very sorry I did. For customers in the Austin area, they may be great, but not for San Antonio. In hindsight I should have stuck with the local roofer I used in the past and also hired for my parents' house in May. That job was double the size of mine and was done in a week.

The project manager new his product as ND was easy to work with.

Good communication and quality work. Cleanup was good also.

Gave a estimate on our roof and walked my husband thru everything. Great guy!!

Replaced roof, gutters, installed shutters, painted exterior of house and two outbuildings. Did an outstanding job, and left the site clean. Very professional in every way. I would certainly use again.

They came completed the job in one day ? My neighbors keep asking who did the job
