Alanis Air HVAC

Alanis Air did a great job with my HVAC project. John Alanis answered all my questions and worked with me in deciding which system I should choose when replacing my very old system. His crew completed the work in one day, cleaned up the area and disposed of my old system. They were very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. John Alanis and the Alanis Air crew were a pleasure to work with. Our 40 year old furnace needed replacement. We called John at Alanis Air and he responded immediately. He came to the house, diagnosed the situation and recommended a heat pump to take advantage of our solar panels. John and his crew showed up the next Monday and completed the job in two days. John and his crew were very knowledgeable and efficient. They covered all furniture and floors and cleaned up after completion of the job. We were very satisfied with the price and the work was exceptional. I would recommend Alanis Air to anyone that needed HVAC work.

Very accommodating

We had an excellent experience with Alanis Air HVAC. We are in an older house, and the installation of mini-split units with a heat pump was the most efficient solution to our heating and cooling situation. John, Santiago, and Jose provided expert installation. They were extremely efficient, and also tireless. Santiago and Jose came and worked into the night on several occasions to make this project work on time. They also handled carpentry and repainting. In the end we have an efficient, highly effective new system. These gentlemen were extremely pleasant to work with and totally accommodating of our schedule. I would definitely recommend them again. I should mention that this installation was a major economic commitment, and we are totally satisfied with the work and with the relationship we had with John and Alanis.

I found Alanis Air through Angi/Home Advisor because we were having HVAC issues in our new home. Our 4 year old system would turn on for only a few minutes and then stop. I believed it was a wiring issue, but it happened to be a short in the condenser. Alanis Air replaced the parts promptly. I was also concerned that part of our remodeled house could be cooled better.. So after exploring options (i.e. adding a second system, ductwork redesign, adding a mini split ceiling cassette, or wall mount) we decided to go with a Fujitsu wall mount. Alanis Air also carved and framed out an attic access in our closet where the remodelers shouldâ  ve put one but didnâ  t. They patched and painted free of charge and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend Alanis Air! I own a commercial property and when one of my tenants called about an ongoing issue, John came out and brought his team to quickly diagnose. Explained the pros and cons of repairing compared to replacing. Was genuine and gave me a price I could not pass up. Coordinated the project with the tenant and replaced the whole system smoothly with zero business interruptions. Tenants are more than satisfied with the new system and extended their lease. Alanis Air helped us out during a brutal heat wave with their swift service. Quickly responded to our request for 2 mini split replacements; very professional, courteous, and reasonable. Highly recommend to anyone!

Alanis was prompt in their response to my request for our condenser replacement. We replaced our furnace 4 years ago, then our ac went out when it was 90° outside. John said it was over 30 years old so we decided to replace it. He gave us a great price on a 5 ton Bryant condenser. Best deal out of 3 other companies. The next morning, the team came out and were finished by noon when it started heating up. System works great! Thanks guys.

10/10 great install. These guys just expanded from Southern California and known what they are doing. John the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. We got the new York unit and are really happy with it. The install itself looks great too. Thanks guys! Good luck, I’ll be calling again.
