I needed an existing room permitted. It took 3 years, he was paid and I got plans to remodel my entire home. Not what I asked for. It went to small claims and I won the judgement against him. His communication skills are poor and he doesn?t listen. I also think he takes on more than he can handle. Don?t mess with this guy and don?t let him create the contract. He is now trying to sue me for wii ll ek I didn?t ask for.

This is not the slightest bit accurate. I obtained a permit for Mr. and Mrs [Consumer Name Removed]to legalize an enclosed porch at the front of their house. The County of Los Angeles approved the plans. It took approximately 12 months from the start of design till the County of Los Angeles approved the plans. At that point Ms [Consumer Name Removed] decided she wanted a completely different design and demanded substantial revisions despite the County of Los Angeles having approved construction drawings for a design that she had previously approved. The [Consumer Name Removed ]then demanded completion of drawings and re approval through the County for a completely different design. Despite the tremendous difficulty involved with reconfiguring previously approved structural and design drawings and calculations, I did re configure the project to the best of my ability. I warned the [Consumer Name Removed] that their plan check for the approved plans was going to expire, due to the length of time required to complete drawings and re approvals for a completely new project and they intentionally let the plan check expire. I completed approved plans in good faith. Very sorry they have made these false statements.
