We have used Airtight for routine repairs and maintenance for several years. After other companies had failed to fix the problems with our system, they came out and determined that the contractor who had installed our system had done it incorrectly. They fixed it and we have been using them ever since. They are reliable, extremely competent and friendly and usually come out the same day we call! We have recommended them many times to friends and neighbors and everyone is satisfied. Brian's last visit to our house has prompted me to write this review. While our problem involved a very complicated issue with our generator, Brian stayed for hours trying to help us. Ultimately it required a specialized generator repair company, but last night Brian called me to make sure that I had found someone and that I wasn't still without A/C. I was so impressed that he cared enough to follow up with us! If you are looking for a company that you can trust to maintain and fix your heating and cooling system and that will be there for you when you need them... you found them in Airtight!

They came at the time requested. They were very helpful and did a great job. I have contracted them to do my A/C unit in the summer also.
