Jesse was our tech and did a very thorough inspection and service of all componets inside and outside installing new parts where needed. Jesse was very cordial and showed us worn parts as well as the new replacements. The sercice call required him to return the next day with an adittional part also. Ashley, from the Sarasota office, followed up the next day by phone and helped with some online computer advice as well. Overall a very good experience!

They installed a larger duct system to increase air flow into our family room. We have noticed an improvement in the operation of our new air conditioner with the increase air flow. Would recommend this company for your air conditioning needs.

We will definitely hire AirNow again! They installed a new AC unit within 24 hours, which was important during the summer months. Very professional, timely, courteous, explain everything with patience, and friendly. The call center was amazing too. They seemed very concerned about our issues even though they hear from customers all day long, If they say someone will call back soon, they really mean it! Communication is outstanding. You know when someone is on their way to your house, who is coming, and you get a picture of the person.

Installers did a great job when I needed a new a/c unit. Thanks to advisor Mark who set up the installation schedule in 1 day after no a/c and arrange for me to have temporary a/c. They were professional, courteous and respectful.
