Air Movers showed up on time. After working on the heat pump/air conditionier the individual realized that he would have to replace the Freon. The unit had a special type of Freon that was very expensive and the individual told my wife that his company would not authorize him to purchase the tank without our approval to purchase the tank. I bought the Freon wholesale (due to working with engineers that build stores) and asked if this company would return and fill the unit. They said they would return when the weather warmed up but have yet to return.
Response from Company:
This refrigerant is a highly priced yet rarely used refrigerant which we have no use for. Therefore we would not purchase refrigerant that is valued at $450.00 for a $100 service call. Refrigerant is governed by a Federal EPA Law and individuals in possesion of any refrigerant other than R134A without a EPA Certification is subject to a $25,000 Fine.

Came over promptly and replaced our air conditioning unit by the next day.

It's like having a HVAC company on call 24hrs a day if you need them.

System is acting up since they replaced the original problem, now they have diagnosed a much more expensive repair. Will get a second opinion.

Your Heating and Air conditioning systems are complex with multiple electronic components which can and will go bad at anytime. In most cases the problem is fixed the first time we visit your home, however in some instances there are other problems that arise after our visit. We do warranty everything we do and provide a survey after our visit to ensure that you the customer are 100% satisfied

They called when they were on their way. The man that cleaned our furnace, Mike, was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us, he even took his shoes off when he used the restroom! (our furnace is under the house). He made recommendations and was very honest and up front about everything. When we do need a new furnace, probably next year, we will definitely call them for the job!!! :)
