I called a few different companies and they were the only one that would give me a price over the phone. I didn't have time to run back and forth to a rental property to meet up with other estimators. I haven't checked out the work yet but the render is pleased. They installed it the next day for me and for about 55% of what one of the big companies quoted me while doing a service call to try and fix the old unit.

First company that came out pretty much tried to scam me. Matt's offer was over $5,000 less for the same thing. No song and dance trying to trick me into thinking he was doing me a favor or anything like that. Matt also answered a relentless barrage of questions from my wife and I over the course of a couple weeks. Honesty and dedication mean a lot to me.

Matt was the last quote I got and his price was by far the best. From meeting him I could tell that he knew his business and was very much about providing great service for a reasonable price. We had to replace our entire HVAC heating and cooling system. They had to remove my hot water heater in order to get the old unit out and the new one in. The Carrier units they installed are very quiet (AC unit runs around 65db). I recommend this company highly.

They were incredible. from start to finish. The price beat the competition by thousands of dollars. American Standard will always have my business going forward, I will be spreading the word on how great they are to do business with. American Standard installed two complete. Air and Furnace systems for my upstairs and downstairs. Great job and thank you again.
