I was ill and in pain when this was initially written, so I requested to rewrite this review. I was unsure how to answer the 'Would you Recommend' question, because it has multiple divisions. I only used the Handyman division. I had lever door hardware installed: 11 interior/3 exterior (w/single deadbolts). When problems arose, the handyman came out within a short time to correct it, but he could not resolve why the deadbolts knobs kept comig off, one of the company heads performed a quality check and found the solution. Everything works great. Their customer service and followup is excellent. Thanks Affordable Contracting!

They were quick and effecient:, yet overpriced for the minimal work they performed. I felt a little taken advantage of.

THe process started out REALLY slow. It took about 10 days after agreeing to the work for it to get scheduled. But the sales manager who came out for a walk through was awesome. He helped get the project moving quickly. From that point on the project was wonderful. The workers were refreshingly friendly and wanted to get the job done right. One of the best experiences I've hed with contractors. The work is professional and well done. If you have some time to get through the first part of the process, these are great folks to work with.

they were very professional, on time, polite, great job, follow up after completion of job and the clean up of debris was unbelievable. we have a lot shrubry around the house and the guys got down on their hands and knees and picked up all the nails and old shingles. i'm also a subcontractor and would recommend these guys to everyone needing a new roof. also they had the best price quote out of quite a few contractors. billy dedon

they called me the day i put the request in and came out the next day for a quote. the job was done in a timely manner. the person who came was very nice and the work was great.

It is my hope that Affordable Contracting, Inc. will give me the opportunity to change this rating. I've heard of contractors that bid low for a job and show up on the site demanding additional money, threating to pull their workers off the job, if you don't accept, and not honoring the terms and conditions of their own contracts, but it had never happened to me... until today. I am terribly disappointed in the intergrity displayed by this company and I sincerely hope that they will redeem themselves by doing what is right and legal.

They were good, and I was satisfied with the job they did , however, I thought they were too expensive. However, perhaps my expectations are too high.

Everything went great and repairs were done with no problems. All staff I dealt with were very nice and professional. I would definitely use Affordable Contracting again!
