Ok let's be real because this has not gone well from the start. The old management was not what you wanted to deal with but they were nice and polite and if they could have followed through with what was promised then everything would have been fine. That's not what happened. The new manager is in charge now and doing a fine job. Kaylee and her installer have made a big impact on our home already. She came to town and met with us and a man from the home office and she made a plan almost immediately and the next thing you know we had emails about phases and dates for what would be done and who would be doing it and times they would be getting to our house and you name it and she addressed it. Where has she been the whole time is what we thought. In the first week she had Logan knock out two of the three bathroom cabinets and this week the other one is getting done. She is working on the kitchen island and her words were that she would tackle the kitchen plans this week. We see progress and we are happy. I told her I would happily give reviews as this progressed. We like her honesty and her humor makes everything better. Keep her in Houston please.

Looking forward to an overhaul

Work not accomplished at this time as materials are on order. We have had several text and a couple of calls from scheduler and sales.

Need a walk in shower

Thank you Bath Planet - Perfiect timing with the spread of the Coronas Virus just getting started.! This company was fantastic from the time the Design Consultant walked in the door, the communicating with me before we got started and to the point of completing my project. Service was first class and I not only love the low maintenance of my shower but the look and the sense of comfort knowing that I am no longer breathing a bunch of underlying mold but my showering experience is really comforting especially now that the spread of the Corona Virus is all over the place.

Me and my husband Jerry are thrilled with the customer service and process of everything. My husband was in need of something ADA compliant and they did an outstanding job of listening and following through with his needs. We had a tub that was too high for him to get in and now we have a convenient walk in tub that he absolutely enjoys.

Electrician and cabinet maker very good craftsmanship and pride in their work.

They tend to be expensive but do quality work and the merchandise is well made.

Excellent work...I had 2 bathrooms remodeled. They were very clean and neat, and very courteous. Took about 7 weeks from order to completion, but it was worth the wait. Total cost was about $18,500.
