Thank you Bath Planet - Perfiect timing with the spread of the Coronas Virus just getting started.! This company was fantastic from the time the Design Consultant walked in the door, the communicating with me before we got started and to the point of completing my project. Service was first class and I not only love the low maintenance of my shower but the look and the sense of comfort knowing that I am no longer breathing a bunch of underlying mold but my showering experience is really comforting especially now that the spread of the Corona Virus is all over the place.

Excellent work...I had 2 bathrooms remodeled. They were very clean and neat, and very courteous. Took about 7 weeks from order to completion, but it was worth the wait. Total cost was about $18,500.

The job took more than a week when 1 day was promised. One room had to be repainted. No team but just one guy who worked part-time. House was torn up for a week! Would never recommend for painting!!!

Thank you for the feedback. We are always trying to improve our company and how we deal with issues that come up. I apologize for the lack of communication on the time frame. It is not possible to paint multiple rooms with multiple colors and move furniture in one day. I also understand we had to repaint one of the rooms because the color you picked out, you didn't like once it was on the walls. We did repaint that room for no charge to you also. While I am sad that you were not able to give us a better review , we will work harder in the future to improve this communication.
