They are unlicensed contractors, a requirement here in California. I learned that after I had paid them. I paid to have my grass refreshed as well, new grass seed soil amendments etc. They were paid in advance at the same time as the irrigation work. They came out once to tell me that I would have to pay more money in order for the grass to grow right. I said no to paying more money, and since what they charged me for would not produce the desired results, I wanted a refund. Then I was told they would provide the extra soil at no additional cost to me. They were scheduled to be out three more times, but I never saw anyone again. I made repeated calls to the company only to be told they were sorry and would be out at another time. Except they never, never, never show up. In the meantime, they still have my money.

I did not get a written estimate emailed to me til they were already working for about an hour. They tried to sell me a new timer even though the one I have is still working fine.

Very professional company. Owner is personable and attentive, did not push upgrades. Technicians in company fast workers, cleaned up the dirt that was generated from the work required. Reached out within 1-hour of placing interest. Highly recommend this company and would use again in the future.

They replaced 5 valves, added a smart controller, and fixed 2 burst sprinkler lines. They came quickly and finished the job quickly. It was expensive though. 4,900 for everything.

I was able to schedule an appraisal the next day. Eddie Ibarra arrived early, provided a quote, then repaired my plastic line in roughly an hour. Additionally, Eddie was polite and professional.

they are to high in price HIGHWAY ROBBERY I could not get the owner to even negotiate I would not care to recommend them because of that purpose The young man that did the work was outstanding worth the rating of excellent,he was not at fault. If I could hire the young man himself I would, but not if the company would fire him.

Oh, the young man, who did the job was courteous and excellent at his job. I called Saturday and they came and fixed the problem on Monday. He did a great job.

the soil compost was spread with a shovel ,leaving an uneven spread with new grass not being able to grow from the thick soil compost placement .I called the place and they said they would send someone out to fix this.which they never did.
