We used this company to clean our dryer vent. They called me back in a timely way and came out within a week. They were able to clean out our 26 foot venting system successfully. I would highly recommend them for this job.

Kevin honestly saved our Christmas. Another company had been out and said we needed a new part in order to get our furnace going again. The problem was that the appliance stores were closed for the next 4 days for the holidays. Kevin came and determined it wasn’t a problem with our furnace but rather our thermostat. He then went out to buy a replacement and installed it himself. I wanted to cry happy tears but kept it together for the sake of not making it awkward, haha. On top of that, he was friendly, patient with my 1 year old who was obsessed with him, and so affordable that I had to double check he charged us enough. I’m a customer for life.

John came out and was able to establish that the heat exchanger was not cracked. There was an issue with the intake, leaves needed to be cleaned out. I so appreciate his honesty, technical excellence and attention to detail.

John the technician was on time, called to let me know where he was and when he would arrive. He checked out my furnace and didnâ t try to upsell me on anything. The price was very reasonable. I plan to use them next year for the A/C check in the spring.
