Eric and Jason are very professional, knowledgeable and personable to work with. I appreciated their patience with all my questions, and their patience with the delays on the start of my project (due to a complicated situation). They had great follow-though, checking back with me several times until I was ready to start the process. Their pricing is very fair, and they stand behind their work. They have integrity.

First testing fast and complete. its $500 and change. Not cheap I paid for this as a prospective home buyer. Home owner did not hire them for remediation. Another contractor was given the remediation by the home ownerSecond test taken fast, but took 5 days to get results. Eric explained it had never happened before but we were stuck in a motel with baby and dog. Paying $120 a night waiting for results. they need to find better lab or better mail service. This is an interesting industry. Lots of money involved. Lots of potential manipulation with scare tactics. Public knows nothing about mold and dangers. I would always advise an independent tester separate from remediation contractor. Our house finally passed but contractor used another testing company.

Response from Company:

We certainly did everything possible to get you in the home as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the second test you are describing was on a Friday, and you weren't our client. Our client was informed ahead of time what the scheduling would be(labs aren't open on weekends), and unfortunately even though we paid for overnight shipping with FedEx(we always do) the shipping was delayed by one day due to weather. We're sorry for the delay, but, we always go above and beyond to have the quickest turn around times in New Mexico. It's a shame that our client didn't relay the timeline to you(we can only disclose details with our clients).

When I was looking for a mold inspector in Santa Fe, Eric Tillson was by far the most professional of any I spoke to. By professional I mean he spent a great deal of time talking with me without trying to sell himself. I was interested in a particular mold test called an ERMI test and though it was not one he used himself, he took the time to research it and explained in depth how his method of testing could be combined with the ERMI to give me the information I needed. Do not be fooled by the fact that his company is new -- he has been in the business for a very long time and is extremely knowledgeable. Last but not least, Eric is a very kind man. I was extremely anxious about the mold in a house I rented and he could not have been more understanding and compassionate. Incidentally, he also does thorough cleaning of homes after (or before) remediation. I will definitely be hiring him to do that for me in the near future.

When it comes to remediating mold in your home or business you don't want to mess around with fly-by-night operators. Advanced Remediation is a professional, knowledgeable (i.e., certified), and hard-working family business that conducts quality work and provides excellent customer service. They conducted a thorough assessment of our project, gave us multiple options for remediation, and completed the job in two days. We're completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them for your projects.

Super professional, punctual and courteous. Happily, there was no remediation necessary in this case, but I felt completely confident in the results and I would hire them again in a flash.

They have a very professional appearance. I find them to be very empathetic when dealing with a client. They take the time to create great containment to ensure that there isn't any issues with mold escaping the work area, everything they did in my home was very clean and I would certainly call them back!
