As they staged my furniture after a couple of weeks then used it. Noticed damages to our furniture I will never use these clowns again there all about money. That is all they called about and asked about not once how was your move.

These guys showed up on time, worked HARD, and were friendly and approachable throughout the move. A few items got very minor damage (a picture frame broke and a shelf got dinged, but given the scope of the move, I didn’t have an issue with that. One thing I didn’t understand was that the accompanying long term storage option for things I don’t need or have room for in the new place is not a SELF store facility. To move anything or out requires movers to come at $60/hour. But, at the price and since I won’t need access to the items for a year at least, it’s still a good deal and more affordable than the self storage places. And it’s probably more secure. I would specifically ask for Javier and his crew. Those guys really hustled and were fun to work with.

Overall, very good. The booking process was very easy and straight forward. Loved the follow-up call on the day before. On the day of the move, the "stormy" weather produced a few hiccups, ie: they arrived 45 minutes after the window time frame and 1 box must have slipped and dropped with all the rain bc 4 dishes were broken in one box, but the Manager came to our house to help finish off the move and definitely sped up the process which was a great end to our story. Tyler is amazing; he is very professional and very nice!! Rafael and the other guys worked VERY hard as well. I would TOTALLY use them again!!
