Awful. They were over an hour late, damaged multiple items, did not bag our mattresses, had zero equipment (gloves, tape, straps). Held our items hostage mid-move until we paid in full/cash. A claim is in the process of being filed, but it is a joke - $0.30/lb (as if the weight of an item matters).

There were 3 men. They worked quickly and efficiently They were friendly and helpful I would definitely hire Advanced Moving again. It was a positive experience working with them.

No masks and gloves, broke three expensive pieces of furniture, one member of the moving team quit an hour into the move, took forever to load the truck, was yelled at by customer service for complaining about how they were treating our stuff, backed their truck into a parked car and then leaving the scene of the accident, blocked access to the hallway and elevator with our furniture and then disappeared for a half hour. The list goes on and on for this disastrous move. If they do not make this situation right I will never use this company again, nor use Home Advisor to find a business. I can not afford to be burned like this again.

There was some confusion on the billing which took some phone calls to resolve. Otherwise, the move was okay.

We moved a 3,000 sq ft house in 7 hours. The team from Advanced packed two trucks quickly and very efficiently. The person loading the trucks utilized every inch of space and made sure that nothing was damaged. They could not have done a better job.
