I was impressed with the care they took with my antiques - unlike my previous experience. They were efficient and fast. I would have appreciated an additional contact prior to the move. I wasn't sure how to get the boxes, etc.

The 4 man crew sent to move us did an excellent job. They started immediately and worked diligently to reduce the cost of our local move. Although loading was relatively easy, moving large items to the 2nd floor at the new location was a real challenge. The crew came up with a plan and, although difficult to implement, they pulled it off without any mishaps. We were amazed and greatly appreciated all of their efforts. The only negative was some confusion over the final invoice. Initially the office came back with a $400 higher cost than originally estimated. We are not sure what happened but after some back and forth discussions, this was rescinded. The final invoice was inline with (actually slightly lower) the original estimate. The crew earned our respect and deep appreciation for all of their hard work and creativity. We also found the customer service leading up to moving day to be excellent. Boxes were delivered on-time as well as other timely follow-up calls to ensure we were comfortable that all was ready for moving day. Great team!

The crew (Manuel, Jose, Nick, Daniel) were fantastic! They were thorough and responsive to questions. The crew worked their butts off. We were quoted the need for two trucks, but with careful organizing, they were able to get it into one. It saved a lot of money. Cannot say enough about Greg and the quoting process too. Very professional.

The two movers were great. They were conscientious and hard working. The move was was a bedroom set and miscellaneous chairs and cabinets. They phoned ahead to give me an estimated time of arrival. They were on time. They protected the furniture, floors and walls. Took their time. Kept to schedule and the whole move took 2.5 hours with half hour to spare.
