Brandon has been out twice over the past few years. He has 15 yrs experience and knows what he's doing. The first time we needed an inexpensive part replaced which he had on his truck. The 2nd time he helped determine that the leak we thought was coming from the spa was actually a water line.

Brandon took time to insure the problem was fixed. Very knowledgeable and reasonable. Would definitely use again.

Looked at my hot tub for $99.00. The motor was running but it was not heating, and the lights and jets were not working. Brandon said the board needed to be rebuilt and although there motor was running said I was only getting 10 of the 220 amps. He removed the entire box with the panel to it to take to another professional in Thorton. Quoted $1200 for a new panel box (found them for $390-$460 on line) and $650 for the board to be repaired. I did not trust the quotes after looking on line. I requested the panel be replaced. He declined to hook it back up so I could keep the water clean, and recommended if I did not want to pay him to repair the board I should empty the hot tub water onto my yard. I offered to pay to have him hook up the panel and electrical again he said he did not have time. Eventually after a few different estimated times to return my box and panel I received a text it was outside the house on my porch several hours later. I had a different company come out. He tested all the electrical, 220 amps to all but one of the circuits, hooked up the 3 wires and added two jumpers, cost $120.00 to get tub up and running. There is one circuit to the lights not firing,, quoted $80-$100.00 to repair by the same person in Thorton. I plan to contact the BBB. This guy either does not know what he is doing or is scamming customers.

Advanced Hot Tub Repair made good on everything. I had a very old hot tub that required a lot of old parts, that most likely weren't around anymore. On their advice I did buy a new tub, and am very happy. For a guy that makes his money on repairs, it was very honest of him.

Brandon was at my home within a few hours of my call. Instead of the new pump I had been told I needed, he fixed the problem with a $9 part. My spa works great. He is courteous and he knows what he is doing. I recommend him highly.

IT TOOK 3 VISITS TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT I'M NOW OK WITH THE REPAIR.I SPENT $255 INSTEAD OF $650 FOR A NEW UNIT. THE SERVICE WAS GOOD BECAUSE HE DID GIVE UP AND CAME BACK TO GET IT REPAIRED. UNFORTUNATELY I COULDN'T AFFORD THE 650. I HOPE IT KEEPS RUNNING

Excellent, fast service and a job well done - the only spa repair man we will call from now on - highly recommend! Our hot tub pump motor got fried in the afternoon and Advanced Pool and Spa Repair was able to make it out the following morning. When we filled up our hot tub a couple days later, we discovered the heater wasn't working around noon and gave them a call. They said they would send someone out around 4pm, pending a prior appointment ended quickly enough. When that appointment ran long, they still came out and fixed our heating problems at night time. Amazing and incredibly fast service!
