From water in my house, due to Hurricane Milton, and the discovery of cracks on the exterior of my concrete block house â ¦ to a week of digging, grinding, cementing, and waterproofing the slab, the interior walls of two rooms, and fixing cracks in the exterior walls of my house, this was quite an experience! As annoying and disruptive as something like this can and will be, all in all it wasnâ t nearly as bad as I anticipated, mainly due to Brian, the lead. He was informative, asked my opinion, explained why things were done as they were, and went over and above to keep me in the loop. Both he and Corey were respectful and pleasant at all times. As you can imagine, as a woman living alone, it is difficult to have male workers in and out of the house. At no time was I concerned. Yes, this experience was a bit disruptive and I knew it would be â ¦ but it was ever so less painful and disruptive than I thought it would be and I thank Brian for that. And, I no longer have to worry about water in my house from hurricanes. May I also say that the response from this company was exceptional. I entered my information into their website the day after the hurricane hit. Within 15 to 20 minutes, I received a phone call from the CEO. We talked a bit and he made an appointment for the next week. He kept me informed by text as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services. Five stars are not enough.

Advanced Environmental was friendly and professional. Their attention to detail was very important to me considering how many times Iâ ve had flooding. The guarantee of their work also helps put me at ease. When you are looking at expensive repair work, to me the guarantee is crucial. Richard and Brian were great at explaining their work as well.

I want to express my sincere appreciation and respect for the owner and workers for this great company and the great people the company has on their team before it gets to be too long since they finished the many jobs I had them do throughout my home, The owner and workers were a Godsend and I'll never forget that. The quality of professionalism and work is second to none from what I witnessed. I've been in construction for over 35 years and have never come across any Contractor, sub-contractor, etc. that did a job to the letter as agreed and expected to high quality and standards. You can quote me on this. These guys are the Best of the Best! I have more home projects coming up. The quality of work, on time, professional treatment and reasonable cost were above and beyond, so I will always use this company for my home needs. Thank you for everything. May wife was very pleased with them, and she is a perfectionist. They were meticulous, prompt, organized, professional, friendly and honest. I would use them again.

David Towner and his team absolute amazing job they gave us an incredible price, and the work was done professionally and in a very timely fashion. We had additional work that needed to be done a while later that involved similar leakage. It was covered under warranty. His team came out. Did it fast efficiently, and completely repaired. We recently experienced additional flooding in our neighborhood and we need additional work done and weâ re going to hire the exact same professionals as their work is exemplary, and the team has been incredible

Totally responsible for every part of the service. They were timely and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

The labor for 3 men for less than 20 hours of time in 3 days was $12,090.00 Material cost probably less than $500.00. I furnished the paint. The previously installed French drain (on two sides of the house) was not put in as determined by other installers and online information, like Apple Systems video. So they got ~$191.00/hr/person. The sealing method seems to be correct, no complaint on that. Very hard to contact, especially when you are trying to schedule other work that is contingent on their work. One of the men (rough handling) broke the pool hose valve from the pool patio wall and did not notify me, I had to bring it to their attention. However they did fix that. They wait until the last day and work late to finish their job (after dark so I can not inspect properly) so my remodeling team can work the following day. I would say, don't wait until the last day to work late and pretend your doing me a favor by working late. Other workers were waiting for them before continuing. I am generous but don't like having it taken from me. Many may do that but they will get me only once I do not recommend. However, I did generously tip the one that corresponded with me on issues, not for work but a good attitude. I'm not without understanding. I have been an engineer for 50+ years and highly educated in civil, structural and electrical. Money is generally not an issue with me but professional work is required! Throughout life I find it much easier to forget a high job cost if it is done (completely) to professional standards.

David Towner could not have been easier to work with and understood what was going on. He took quick assessment of the situation and had a clear response. Raul and his crew were excellent and got the job done in record time. I feel safe and water free for the first time in three years. Thank you all for making us whole again.

David and his team are clearly superior contractors and they assisted me to fix the water damage to my home. Very professional, patient, knowledgeable about the task. Performed all aspects of the repair very well. Always on time, David was very clear with explaining how the task would be completed. The project was completed on time and as scheduled. The entire team was respectful in our time of disarray and stress caused by the water damage. They clearly understood what needed to be done and they performed the task in an excellent manner.
