Simply the best! Hats off to Rodolfo, the technician who fixed my air conditioner and Catherine, the receptionist who took extra time to work with my schedule and get Rodolfo out ASAP! Rodolfo made every effort to insure all my questions were answered to my satisfaction, was timely with arrival, polite, professional and thorough. The best of the best! Catherine was also polite, positive and professional and I felt like Action Inc. was sincerely interested in my needs as a customer and doing the best possible job. If you want it done right the first time with exceptional timeliness and very affordable pricing, Action Inc is your best bet.

Avoid Action inc at all cost. They came out and charged us 850 dollars to fix a fuse and after the repair was done the air conditioner stopped working 2 days later. They then refused to fix the problem after 3 subsequent attempts. They would schedule and not show up. They refuse to issue a refund. We had to hire someone else to complete the job.

So... NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! When my water heater went out, I used home advisor to find someone to fix it. Thankfully, Action was able to get out to me that night. The technician diagnosed the problem and recommended I have my entire unit replaced, said that my only option was $2250, and that they would be able to replace everything within about an hour and a half of total work time. I was working the next several mornings, but I asked if they could come on Tuesday morning, since I had to be at work shortly after 3:30 that day. The tech promised me, after multiple pressing questions from me, that they would "absolutely" be able to show up, finish the job, and be out by 2:30pm that day. About 10:30 that day I got a call from the company saying that my tech was on his way and would arrive within half an hour. 11 came. 12. 12:30. And i called the company back, pretty upset at having been per lied to, only to have my tech call me, during this call, to say that he was less than 20 minutes away. Another HOUR later, he finally showed up, without most of the parts he needed, yet still promised that he'd be done long before 3 and that I would be able to get to work on time. Come 2:45, when they hadn't even taken the old water heater out of its housing yet, I started scrambling trying to find someone to cover my shift that night. And this was even after I once again confirmed, at 2:30, with my tech that he'd be able to finish the job on time. Eventually, I just had to call out, thus missing a full day of pay. And yet, at about 3:15, my tech finally admitted he wouldn't be done in time and that if I left for work, my condo wold likely flood and destroy those below me as well. Nearly four hours later, and after I lost a day of pay, they were wrapping up my repairs at about 7pm. And... get this... THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO IT RIGHT!!!!! My water heater failed its inspection within SECONDS because they used duct tape for a full 3 inch section of piping!!! And to make things even f****** worse, after all that ridiculous incompetence, I rescheduled a time with them to have them come fix their f***-up, and was promised, multiple times, that since I had to leave my place by about 5pm that day, they would show up on time and would only need about 30 minutes to complete the fix. I was promised, as usual, that I'd get a call half an hour before my tech would arrive. So, I called at 3, obviously worried because of my previous experience, and was promised, AGAIN, that my tech would be able to get the job done on time. Then, at 4:30, I called again, only to be told that they had no idea when he would show up. No explanation. No apology. Nothing. It's been over three weeks and FINALLY, they showed up to fix their b******t mistake. And after I complained to their management about this ridiculous constant lying and failure to do their jobs, I was told that under no circumstances would they EVER grant a refund, and that it was my fault that all this had happened. So yeah... NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

Did not really do anything other than unplugging a wire and plugging it back in. The problem is I was quoted a price over the phone and the service tech stated a price higher and than said that he was giving me a break because once he enters the house it goes up to an additional $100. I paid the price quoted but the warm fuzzy feeling about someone you can trust went down the drain.

Wonderful about removing the WH from the basement, but the negatives are as follows: the pan is light weight for the weight of the new heater and is sitting on pieces of 2x4 from the garage because the installer needed height. The PVC pipe to take the water to the drain is sitting on top of the drain hole thus the water should it drain will flood the area. To have the inspection required by the city, my invoice from the company included charges/fees for this service which I did not know I had to pay. I was then responsible for making the arrangement to have the inspector from the city review the installation.
