Koy came out and make some simple adjustments. The rollers were off the track on one side, and the sensor needed adjusted. The charge was a basic service call fee. Prompt, professional, and quickly diagnosed the problems and made the appropriate adjustments. Thank you, Koy and Ace Garage Door!
