Actual Work Done: 1. Installed French drains to deal will water issues in our yard and to channel water away from our house. Cody explained the process and and why he would do the job the way he explained. He and his crew did a top notch job. They took care to hand dig the trenches without destroying the yard. They smoothed everything out and replaced the grass in areas where possible. They filled in dirt in low areas to help prevent the water from pooling. 2. They took down and rebuilt a retaining wall near the foundation that had been pushed in due to water issues. They built the wall back better than the one that was damaged. All the work on both projects was completed in the time Cody quoted us and all the work was top notch. We would highly recommend Ace Foundation Specialists and Cody and his crew. We will use them again for other projects if the need arises.

ACE Foundation Specialists were friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly assessed the work needed. They walked me through several options, listened to my concerns, and we settled on a plan of action and price. They showed up and did the work on time and at a price quoted, with no hidden costs. They promised to skim the sod and put the grass plugs back so it would not look like I had a drainpipe trench dug through my front yard. I was skeptical, but once they finished, all the grass blends in unless you go out and walk that area. I recommend ACE Foundation Specialists and will use them again for all my foundation issues.

Cody and his team did a great job! Cody and his crew not only did an excellent job but were also honest, hardworking, and professional. They told us they would have the job done in two days and even though rain made the conditions much more difficult they stayed late to be able to complete the project in two days. They did an excellent job cleaning up as well. We had several companies come out and look at our water issues and we are so glad we went with ACE. Would 100% recommend them and would use them again.

My husband and I had water coming into our home. We contacted Ace Foundation Specialist. Cody Mcbride came out and evaluated our situation and was very knowledgeable and gave us a great solution that worked very well. Cody took the time to explain what he was going to do in installing the French drains and why he was doing so. The job was completed in one day. There have been 2 heavy rains since the job was completed. So far the drains have worked as hoped for.

I was vey impressed with Cody. I found him to be very professional and knowledgeable. I was most impressed with how he assessed the challenges I was experiencing. He walked the property, used a shovel to dig into the dirt to further assess the situation with drainage, used a gadget to measure square footage, and another gadget to detect underground wires! He then sat at my table and drew the areas surrounding my home to detail where he would work to correct the drainage and the process he would follow to complete the job! Several contractors came to my home to assess what needed to be done, but NONE of those contractors did so in the manner Cody did. I chose Cody because he KNEW what he was doing, AND the professional manner in which he conducted business. In fact, he would have me come outside to visually help me understand the problem and how he planned to rectify the situation. Finally, he priced the job to be completed using square footage, and materials used. I felt he offered a fair price for the fantastic job he did! My neighbor commented on the quality of the job! I will be using him again this spring to address other issues in my back yard! He showed up on the job as he promised, completed the job as promised, and in the manner, he said he would! He worked with confidence and is a keen problem-solver! He cleaned up the job site as well!

Cody and his team installed a drainage system in our front yard. He showed up when he said he would, and got the work done quickly. We're already discussing future projects that will help solve some other issues on our property. I look forward to working with them again soon!

They were quick to respond to my inquiry. An estimate was readily made. The job was completed as defined and within cost. The drainage problem I had was fixed properly. The time to complete the work took a bit longer than estimated due to the hard soil encountered. They came back to make a minor adjustment needed. I am pleased to get my problem corrected.
