    Make sure you tip. You'll probably receive some sort of follow up after the work. I paid by check and didn't have cash to tip, but was going to when the installer brought us additional remotes, but the plan to have the additional remotes brought never happened. Never heard back from the installer.

    Steve arrived a little late but he finished in under a hour. He transformed a squeaky 18 year old garage door that opened manually into a well oiled quiet door with a new door opener. He explained everything to me. I am very pleased.

    He seemed like a great guy. He was late to come to give an estimate and offered to get working right then but it was passed 10 pm. He came back in a couple days and completed work. I asked about other parts of our stage door system and if he thought I needed to replace anything else. He said everything looks great and we would be good for a while and that we had a warranty for his work. 6 months later and our spring is broken and he isn't responding to me. I will hate to pay someone else to fix something if it is under warranty but he won't respond to three different ways of communication. I'm confused because he seemed like a guy who loved doing this for a living and he really seemed like a good guy.
