I always prefer to work with family businesses and Matthew exceeded expectations. Showed top-notch problem-solving skills for his recommendation and flawless execution of a tricky situation and system. Came out beautiful and most importantly he crushed the radon levels. He was also very generous, as this was a job for Ulster County Habitat for Humanity. I highly recommend them for radon mitigation.

Matthew and David are true professionals. Matthew took the time to explain the process and what he was going to do. Once the job was done he then showed me the finished product and explained what happens next. There was no mess left after the job was done and I was happy to see that. I would recommend these guys over and over.

I purchased a house that ended up having a much higher radon level than the inspection had revealed. I called Acceptable Environment to set up an appointment to come by and they were able to stop by that afternoon. They came in with a concise plan, ballpark numbers, and a date we could book to have the work done. They showed up on time, with the right tools, did the work quickly, precisely, and left no mess behind. The final price was right in the middle of the range we had discussed. I was very happy with the service and results.
