Awesome service. The only company that recommended me to have them give me a quote in person. Everyone else would want me to send them pictures for over the phone quotes and even give me a set price without even looking at the job. I hired Acceptable Environment for Radon Mitigation at my house which has a finished basement. Matthew and David were very courteous and clearly explained to me what would work for the situation. They got my Radon level to well below the previous level. I am very satisfied with their workmanship. Highly recommend them.

RADON MITIGATION I hired Acceptable Environment to install my Radon Mitigation system (Quaker Creek / Goshen NY area), during my very first conversation with Matthew. I live in Chicago and am a huge skeptic of everything, however after dealing with 4 other Radon Mitigation company sales reps, Matthew was the clearest and most concise about my expectations and cost. We made a deal to work together over the phone... Their work was neat and when they left, the work area was clean and tidy.... and since you are probably dying to know... the Radon levels were almost non existent after only 3 days. Love Acceptable Environment! PS Mitigation was not a choice in the Business Performed section nor the specific project

The customer service and response time was excellent. From the first phone call until the ob was complete Matthew and David were professional, knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. They worked efficiently and they were extremely neat. Overall a great job! We are very satisfied.
