They did an excellent job; they finish the work as promised; the family room floor and kitchen floor refinished and they look new. The owner was excellent and explained everything To me in detail. I was literally very content with their work.

Update: After a kitchen remodel, we asked them to return to finish a small area by the fridge and stove that had not been refinished when they did their work last year. You could not see the areas until after the remodel. The areas are only a few inches, but the old finish is very dark compared to the natural finish we have now. I asked them months ahead of time if they would do the work and they agreed. I then contacted them 2 weeks before, and we set a date for them to do the work. I confirmed with them the day before, but did not hear back. They did not show up to do the work and did not return my calls. It was so unfortunate, I don't know why they dropped the ball. We will now pay someone else to do this small job. Here is original post: We had just bought a house with really worn out "heart of pine" floors. Two previous quotes from other hardwood flooring companies had both told us to rip the floors out and put new ones in. Schnaider at Absolutely Perfect took a look and said, "I can do this, they will be beautiful again". He is an artist, he takes such care into doing things right. He made sure to let us know what to expect, and talked with us through the process, making sure we made the best decision for our situation. He also installed new wood floors in two of the bedrooms and did a perfect job. We really can't recommend this company enough. Thank you for giving us Absolutely Perfect Hardwood Floors!!! After much research and all the nightmares I had heard about with refinishing and getting new floors installed, we feel so grateful to have found this company. Very responsive. Very reasonable quote. Refinished 60 yr old hardwood floors in 2 rooms. Had to do 2 minor repairs. Finished the job in 2 days. Excellent work. Floors look like new. Highly recommend.

Schnaider was very knowledgeable about the refinishing process. I have an engineered hardwood floor which can be difficult to refinish, but he was able to restore it to its original beauty. He was thorough from start to finish, taking care to protect the rest of my home from dust and debris. I highly recommend this company!
