Oasis Heating and Air Conditioning

I had Erik the proprietor install a new boiler and water heater 2 months ago. I noticed I was not getting my radiators to heat and he immediately came out on a Sunday and was able to resolve the situation on the spot which was related to my chimney and suggested to look into possibly getting the chimney relined have a home built in 1928. He really values his relationship with his clients and will always be available for any follow up as needed. Thank you Erik for me having faith in businesses with excellent customer service and loyalty to their customers.

The work was done as estimated and completed the work earlier than expected. Very happy with the service call.

Hiring Erik and Oasis Heating & Air was like a dream come true! I honestly do not know what I would have done if I had not found Erik and Oasis heating. He and his crew helped me out so significantly, they not only installed a furnace for me but then gave me an offer that I could not refuse to replace my homes air conditioner too! (Which was very old and not in very good condition.) Thank you, Erik! You and your team are A+++

The company began really well. He advised me on the product that was appropriate for my home. He walked me through the options and I felt very confident that Oasis Heating and Air was the match for me. Once the work began the gaps in the company became clear. The project was a disaster that included the replacement of my ceiling in my bathroom and the fixing of the ceiling in the neighboring condo. They on two separate occasions damaged the ceilings. When they fell through my bathroom they also damaged fixtures and the toilet. This job took months instead of days. The careless nature in which they handled my home was appalling. I will say, the owner did pay for the repairs and take some off the bill. But the stress, disappointment, and sheer rage was the worse experience ever. The nonchalant manner in which they handled destroying my property was only made worse by the continued no-shows, more than 2 hours late, or the "I was busy" response when they did show. I was in utter disbelief what was happening, but could not send them away because my home was in utter chaos from their destruction! I WOULD NOT recommend them for ANYTHING Erik needs to learn customer service and needs to hire staff that care for the property of others. This was a NIGHTMARE!

All around an amazing company to do business with! The type of business that won't sell you something that's unnecessary. Very affordable and he worked with my goofy schedule. Hands down the best customer service I've encountered. Very knowledgeable and skilled. I'd recommend Oasis to anyone looking to get the job done right!
