The work quality is very good and was completed within the discussed time frame. The cost seemed high but we sought competing bids with no success. The construction crew was cooperative, friendly, and eager to please. Only one of them was proficient in English, however, and he was not on site at all times. This made communication difficult at times. Senior management with whom the project was initiated did not seem to have a good handle on the scheduling of the construction crew or their progress. On two different days they told us to expect work to be done but nobody showed up. On one of those days they admitted to being unaware that work was not underway. But for these communication issues we would give them higher ratings.

They put in a sidewalk, and patio, very timely job, very nice workers, answering all questions, very meticulous in their work, and when a few finishing touches were needed, they were quick to respond and fix everything. Love the work and will work with them again.

Worst Contractor Ever.!!! Avoid this company!! They did not execute the plan that they presented. They took WAY longer than anticipated and did shoddy work. They refuse to correct the problems and still expect me to pay in full.

Customer micromanaged the project every step of the way. His expectations were unrealistic. The project came out beautifully and is on our portfolio. We offered to do a walk through with him to address any concerns,but he refused and told us we were in breach of contract and refuses to pay the balance. It is currently in litigation.

Project: Remove existing brick & morta walkway and concrete base. Replace with brick pavers set in sand base. Finished product is beautiful. Five year warranty a real plus. Workers were very skilled and polite. Very competitive pricing. I would recommend Able without reservation.
