Write a ReviewGreat experience.
I would greatly recommend
Great price compared to other competitors and top panels installed(LG panels). 55 days from contract to final inspection, we are paying $4-20 a month on average.
We are doing an electrical service upgrade on our house in Los Angeles. A big problem with this project is that the electric wires in our neighborhood are underground, so this project was more complicated. George from A&G was very responsive and kept us informed as the project progressed. The quality of work was excellent. Update: after four years of working through the LADWP for an electrical service upgrade, George was able to get this project complete. Thank you George and the rest of the team at A&G!

Extremely please with tgge work they did, would definitely recommend to others.
They came in on time and did a professional job. Great job.
The work the workers did is good. The only issue is their lack of communication. They rarely told me when they were coming over. Luckily I am working from home at the moment. Their worker did not show up for one of the inspections. They were quick to send me the bill and the reminder to pay me the bill even though the job was incomplete. When I reached out to them to let them know the job was incomplete they told me that they would send someone asap. I ended up paying the remaining balance because they said they would send someone asap. 10 days later I still have not heard from them. When I reach out to them someone called me I believe it was Jorge. Nice guys apologized for not taking care of the remaining part of the job. Told me he would send someone between 8-9 am. Their workers showed up around 4pm. Again, if I had not been working from home this would have been a major issue because I would have lost a day of work sitting here waiting for them. The guy who showed up rushed the remaining part of the job. Part of it was to paint over the cover and some remaining wires. The guy got paint on my grass and part of my rain covers. Overall the project started good. How we have I was disappointed with how this dragged and they were quick to rush the end.
Thank you for posting a review and we're sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. We understand your frustration in regards to the job taking so long. We have to go through the long process required to change the panel including having to order a meter spot from So Cal Edison and pull permits during this Covid time where the local building and safety offices work slower than usual. Unfortunately this process can take 1-3 months. Also, when an inspector for So Cal Edison goes to your home they just show up and do not give us a time or date so it makes it hard for us to have to meet them there. We are happy to hear we did great work on your panel as our electricians take pride and care about their work.
They trouble shot my electrical issue, fixed the problem, and only charged me their basic service call fee. I highly recommend them to everyone!!
Thank you so much for your kind words. We look forward to working with you again in the future!
They helped me out of a pinch. Needed an emergency panel upgrade and they came out in less than 24hours for less than most other companies quoted me. It was a no brainer. I would hire them again.
Thank you for the awesome review, Alex! We work hard to meet expectations like yours, We look forward to working with you again.
