Supposed to be a 3-4 hr deep cleaning for $580 for a 1400 sq ft house. Three people spent 3-1/4 hours for 10 hours total. Had they spent the full 4 hours I think they would have been more thorough. Skipped some really basic things like obvious finger prints on front and back door and guest bath. Cob webs in door jams and hanging from ceilings. Smudges and toothpaste on the chrome of shower door. Seemed to have skipped one room as ceiling fan was not done and an obvious 6inx6in smudge WHICH I POINTED OUT TO THE OWNER ANKA DURING THE WALKTHRU was not cleaned. $580 is a lot of money for me and I was disappointed. On a positive note the windows including frames were done well but I paid an additional $150 for them on top of the original quote for a total job cost of $580. At least she did not ask for a tip.

The cleaning was good! They were very thorough. They were stuck in traffic so charged extra for that but I needed them to come so was ok.

We needed move out clean. Anca was very easy to work with. Friendly, quick, and responsive.

After other bad experiences with other cleaners , my experience with A&D Crystal Cleaning was a great experience! The communication, the quality of their work is remarkable! Highly recommended!

Comment: At first the Owner was extremely friendly, easy to work with, etc. After my cleaning was complete I was pretty satisfied and told her Iâ d be using her services again. Then I noticed a broken picture frame and a discolored spot on carpet. Initially I thought well we are all human and make mistakes, no big deal. Fast fwd 2.5 weeks later my bathroom flooded and when plumber finally came it was discovered that someone flushed steel wool, causing a back up and $660 bill to clear it. I reached out to Owner thinking she would at minimum apologize and ensure her crew would never do this again. She responded unprofessionally, accused me of trying to scam her and said sheâ d take 0 responsibility. Be aware and DO NOT hire this company.

We requested a move out cleaning. A&D (Anka) was extremely thorough, diligent and left our house in model home condition. She was so thorough that when cleaning the window tracks she showed us that the tracks were removable when she cleaned under them. I would highly recommend if you want your house thoroughly and professionally cleaned, I would highly recommend A&D Crystal Cleaning Service.
